At MegalodonTeeth, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our prehistoric specimens. If your fossil does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our paleontology specialists at support@megalodonteeth.com with your order number and a photo of the specimen to initiate your return request.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the fossil in its original protective padding and bubble wrap to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our experts verify the condition and authenticity of the returned tooth, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
